4 PERSON SUITE

Now, if you are interested in rooming with multiple roommates, then obviously this would be the dorm style for you! The four person suites can be found in Roselle Hall, Smith Hall, Baldwin, Haggin, Johnson, Central II and  Ingels Hall. This style of dorm sits just under the year cost of the 2-person suite dorms, at about $11,600 ($580 per semester). Haggin, Johnson and Central II is located on central campus. Baldwin and Ingels are located on South campus. And finally So, you do not have the variety of locations as you did with the 2-person suite. If you are planning to live in these dorms then you would most likely be residing near north campus. These dorms are very similar to the 2 person suite. However, you do not have your own bedroom. It is one large room broken into 4 separate living areas. Also, not everyone has their own restroom. It is one large restroom shared by the 4 roommates. As far as what they provide, these dorms include the same amenities as what the 2-person suite dorms provide. None of these dorms are more than 4 floors. However they are all closed during breaks which could provide conflicts for some students. All of these dorms provide a Living Learning Program. Roselle Hall provides Fine Arts Residential College, Smith Hall provides Global Village Community and Baldwin provides First Generation Community Transfer Student Community. Haggin, Johnson and Central II all provide the Honors Community. Finally, Ingels Hall provides the Wellness, Kinesiology and Health Promotion Community. Overall, these dorms are not much different than the 2-person suite dorms. However, you do not have all the privacy that you would have in the 2-person suite. So, if you have a small group of friends who don’t mind sharing space, then I would recommend this dorm for you!
